Technium Tribal is a low stretch sinking mono that combines excellent strength with high abrasion resistance and a camouflaged green colour. An advanced triple layer construction reduces linear stretch to just 12%, whilst retaining the suppleness required for trouble free fishing and improved presentation.
If you are a serious carp angler you will already know that the Technium mono family has a fantastic reputation in the carp fishing world and has been one of the leading hi-tech lines for a number of years. With its reduced stretch and high strength to diameter ratio, the camouflaged Technium Tribal is the perfect compromise between braid and ‘normal’ mono lines. You’ll certainly notice how well it casts and for carp anglers using lightweight indicators or slack lines, its sensitivity, combined with its sinking properties, is a serious advantage, as well as the limited stretch that offers a better fish-playing experience when compared to zero stretch braided lines.
Built using three layers, the hyper-resistant centre core has low stretch properties that give Technium Tribal a 50% reduction in stretch compared to a standard mono line. This greatly increases bite registration when carp or feeder fishing whilst retaining enough stretch to enable you to play fish with confidence. The second layer of the construction gives the line its suppleness, which is apparent as soon as you handle the line. This increases casting performance and contributes to Technium Tribal’s excellent knot strength. The final outer layer not only protects the line from UV light, it also creates a silky smooth surface that reduces friction when casting and increases abrasion resistance.
