Withdrawal from a distance contract
a). Each customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 [1] of the Civil Code and using the online store Fishing-Mart has the right - on the basis of the law - to withdraw from the contract concluded for the purchase of goods, without giving a reason, within the period described below.
The declaration of withdrawal should be sent to the following address:

Deadline: Consumer has the right to withdraw within a deadline of 14 days, which commences on the day the consumer receives the goods. The deadline is considered as met if the consumer sends a declaration of withdrawal to the address given above before its expiry.
Goods should be returned in the unaltered state, unless a change was necessary within the ordinary management. By ordinary management is meant such a familiarization with the goods as would be possible in a traditional store.

- completed return form. The form can be downloaded after entering the link below:

The form is also available as the last page of the Regulations, which is sent along with the order confirmation.
- please send back the original receipt, which is required by the Tax Office to return the previously paid VAT.
Reimbursement:
In the case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered as not concluded. The services rendered by the parties shall be returned in an unaltered state unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The return should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days. The entrepreneur may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the consumer until he receives the items back.

The costs of returning goods are charged to the consumer. In compliance with Article 34 section 2 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
Please send the returned goods by means such as post, economic registered mail, or economic parcel.
b). The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not granted to the consumer in cases of –
Attachment no. 1 to the Regulations.
c). The return of goods doesn’t concern transactions concluded with business entities.
d). We don’t accept packages sent at our cost.
